Which is better for a food factory in Malaysia, epoxy or PU concrete?
For wet processing areas, hot washdowns and cold rooms, PU concrete (such as Ducrete MF) is usually the better choice because it handles thermal shock and moisture better. How long does installation take?
It depends on the area, system and slab condition. Many projects can be completed in phases to keep part of the facility running. Polyaspartic coatings can be used where very fast return to service is needed.
